Scott was born and raised in Baltimore. He earned a degree in Personnel and Labor Relations from the University of Maryland in 1980 and earned his Accounting Degree from the University of Baltimore in 1989. Scott obtained his Certified Public Accountant's license in 1991. He has been serving businesses in a wide variety if industries for over 23 years. Scott also has extensive experience in individual tax preparation, tax planning and accounting services. He joined our staff in November 2008.
